"2/26/23 I wish I could give this location zero stars. My family and I came back to give it another try. Horrible customer service yet again. People who ordered after us were given their drinks and for some reason our drinks stayed behind the counter. We tried to get the employees attention to give us our drinks that we paid for and ignored. Finally one person heard us and was still hesitant to give us our drinks. I don’t understand it. High school students manage this location so please be mindful of that. They are young and don’t know how to communicate. I placed an order for 4 drinks, got 3 and I asked for the last one. The girl turned around and kept working. I asked another employee for the last drink because it was on the counter. He was kind enough to inform me it was made incorrectly and they were making another. Not sure why the girl couldn’t just say that instead of ignoring me. Second time here and the first time wasn’t good either. Drinks taste funny, I think I’ll continue going to the location in Laurel or Rockville."
"My family and I came here for the third time. Each time a bad experience. People who ordered after us received their drinks. We waited patiently because we could see our drinks behind the counter already made. Not sure why the employees couldn’t announce that they were ready or set them on the counter for us to grab. We tried getting their attention, no response. Finally someone acknowledge us and they still didn’t want to hand us our drinks. We had our receipt. Avoid this place. Better to travel to Bethesda"
