"I watched the barista start my vente vanilla sweet cream cold brew with a cup 3/4 full of ice. Then she added the coffee and cream. She did not use the cup lines or follow the process. Yet she and her coworker insisted she had. I am not coming here again until I am convinced they are honestly creating my drink and it is worth the almost 6 dollars I am paying. This is not the first time this has happened. It is, however, going to be the last."

"This was our go to for over 14 years ago and always busy especially mornings. Today at 2 slow which was great since only 2 employees and fast. Lucky my coffee cake was available as it's the first one to out. Location is older so a little upkeep would be good"
