"I used to come here every Sunday AM for yearssss. Lately the place randomly closes whenever they want. This morning a young black girl was behind the counter and said “I can’t take your order” .. ok why? “I just can’t” I said where is your manger?? “ flippantly responds, “I don’t know” Final straw, she was the rudest Starbucks employee I have ever encountered, will be going to the one on elden from now on ."
"I only ordered 2 or 3 times in this location when I was grocery shopping. Baristas at this location never gave me a full cup. Sometimes 80% full, 70% full, some times only half full, but never a 100% full cup. Would a customer be happy with only a half cup when paying more than $6 for a coffee? This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I’ve encountered."
