"I ordered an everything bagel toasted dark w/veggie cream cheese. I got an everything bagel barely toasted with plain cream cheese. Get your act together and be a little more friendly to your customers. I won't return to this location."
"Overall I like this Dunkin better than the next closest one. Drinks are usually made right, donuts are fresh. Only issue is they like to lock the doors early and I've had to knock to get in to pick up my mobile order twice now."
"This is the best dunkin in my area. I'm surrounded by them. I live in Essex yet I travel to this particular Duncan. The manager is on point with her bulk ordering, they carry the discontinued flavors of iced coffee, cold brew, and cold foam long after the other places have discontinued them. The staff is always friendly. The service is always efficient and I've never had a problem. I like it so much. I go out on my way to go there. Everyday"
"I just got the frozen chocolate. It tasted burnt about half way through and there are black burnt bits in the drink. They did not clean the blender before making my drink. You can see one of the burnt bits in the photo. I'm very disappointed."
