"Went there for all you can eat crabs it is a hustle there is a 2 hour limit. But they take 45 minutes to bring refills so you only get 1 refill. Then the all you can we eat catfish and chicken strips. The refill is one piece of fish and two chicken strips 40 minutes after the first order."

"Service was great. The atmosphere was good. We had the all you can eat crab, shrimp and crab legs. The crab legs and shrimp with potatoes and onions were phenomenal. The steamed crabs were not. They were NOT heavy at all. Some of the lightest crabs I've ever seen. Virtually no meat inside. Please not shrimp are NOT deveined. I would go back if they had a crab leg and shrimp only option. We did not consume $100 worth of food. They did allow us to take home what was left on our table though."

"Party of 10 seated at 6:30pm. It was not busy or crowed. We did not receive menus or water until 8pm. Very very poor customer service. Manager was degrading and rude. Instead of her helping us when we told her that we had not received water or menu’s, she used 20 mins to explain that they were short staff. At 8pm Ordered bucket of beer, took 45 mins to receive. Ordered all you can eat crabs, which took an hour to come out. After eating the crabs and ordering another round, had to ask the waiter to empty the full shell buckets. We asked to speak to a manager about the poor customer service that we received, she stood 6ft back to talk to us. She said that if we had left because we were not waited on in a timely manner that new customers would have come in to replace us, so we should have left. After dealing with that level of treatment for 4 hours. I felt horrible. We spent $600 there including the mandatory gratuity. If you care about where you spend your money and the level of customer service you get, this is not a good place to patronize. Food was mediocre. Crabs needed old bay added. Snick crab legs and shrimp were a little overcooked."

"Mouthwatering experience. I am not so much of a crab person but just looking at the way the crabs were prepared and how the other patrons were enjoying made me want to try them. Nevertheless, my meal was very delicious and the drink was good too. Their service was on point. Even though they were working short staffed and the restaurant was busy we did not have a long wait time and staff were very friendly."
