"The food is awesome. I've been going to Chili's sense a kid but it's been like 20yrs sense I've been so one. I wasn't disappointed. My waitress was great, they made good alcohol drinks. I definitely recommend it if you was something delicious. I always order the fajitas."
"We have not been to Chilli’s in forever and was pleasantly surprised! Our waitress Grace was awesome and our lunch (appetizers nachos, quesadillas chicken explosion salad, Santa Fe chicken salad, Cajun chicken pasta, and chicken crisp lunch) was delicious. The whole staff truly was friendly and the atmosphere relaxing! Definitely will be back for more family meals!"
"i have been going to chilis for a while because i love getting their lava cakes and i have had no issues up until this last week. service has been terrible. i went to dinner on the 3rd around 6pm and we were there for over and hour and a half. our server left because of a headache had left after taking our order because she had a headache. at first i wasn’t too upset because i work in a restaurant myself and i understand. but it took us 30- 45 minutes to even get a server’s attention to order deserts after we had finished our food. once we got our deserts mine had a hair in it, and my boyfriends plate was dirty. then got 1 replacement, not 2. waited another 30 minutes for a server to see me standing up trying to get their attention while trying to get the bill, which ruined our anniversary dinner. Then tonight they have a sign on their to-go door saying they close at 8pm it was 7:45pm when i walked in cause i just wanted to get some lava cakes. i asked to place a to-go order and the lady was so rude when saying they were closed but it was not 8pm yet and i didn’t even want food to be cooked, just a simple frozen desert. recently the customer service has been terrible and they need to check the attitude of their employees."
"They were short staffed for lunch, but the server did a great job considering she didn't have any help. This was my second time stopping in for lunch. They have plenty of lunch specials that are $9, lunch fajitas are $9.95 and 3 for $10.99 where you get a drink appetizer and entree. The Fajitas were good. I had the Chicken Enchilada soup and the Southwest Chicken soup on different visits. They both were good, but I prefer the Chicken Enchilada"
