"Interesting that the only low reviews are from those who have never received therapy from this practice. LOL. Julie literally saved my life and I am so grateful for her and everyone at hope. I'm not sure what I would do without them. Took a month to get in and I tried to find another practice but was unable to find anyone else that would take my insurance. I waited and so happy I did. Hope therapy is worth the wait, most good things in life are. THANK YOU JULIE!!!!"

"I got in with a great therapist just in time. I was going through a really rough time and called so many practices. The manager called me back, and listened to me and figured out the best therapist for me and my situation. Liz understands me as a working mom and has helped me realize that I am doing the best that I can. She gives me resources. I do end up crying but also end up laughing which is cathartic for me. I've been doing the work instead of just going in to talk. I can go in person or do web therapy and it can still be covered by insurance. I really do enjoy going in though because I need to get out of the house. Before finding Hope & Welness the only place I could find charged a monthly fee! I hope everyone gets in this small practice because it has changed my life. I'm thankful I found them when I did"

"Absolutely terrible at getting in new clients. I requested to be a new client and got an email saying there was a wait list and somebody would contact me in 2-3 weeks. I said that’s fine, but 5 weeks pass and I still had heard nothing. I sent a follow up email letting them know I had not been contacted and asked if I need to seek another service at this time. Still no response half a week later. When it comes to therapy and mental health, they should at least let potiental new clients know what’s going on so they are not just waiting and waiting while their mental state gets worse. I will not be pursuing their services anymore."

I felt extremely comfortable sharing my thoughts and feelings with Patrick, though I was hesitant to even go to my appointment but so grateful I did. From making my appointment, to the end of my session, the entire process was smooth, comfortable and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone on the fence about seeking help.
