"Jennifer and Marc the physical therapists are very knowledgeable, caring and professional. I have adhesion that is in my arm tricep area, had 3 ultrasound treatment and can feel the difference already. Awesome experience. "First, compared to other physical therapy places, this facility feels low budget. They only have a couple of actual physical therapists, and the remainder of the therapy staff is a physical therapy assistant. Whereas most other places require their therapists to have a master's degree at the minimum, Gunston Physical Therapy allows individuals who only have an Associates to treat patients. Next, the therapists were never on time. Many times, I only received 45 minutes of treatment instead of an hour because they were running so late. Additionally, instead of the therapist running through the exercises with you, they have a member of the clerical staff doing so. The facility does not even have its own bathroom; it shares with Gold's Gym, so someone must walk through the gym to get to the bathroom. I chose this facility because they were the first to have an opening. When several other facilities were booked for weeks to come, I should have known better. Should I need PT in the future, I will not return to Gunston Physical Therapy!"
"The entire staff at Gunston Physical Therapy were wonderful to work with. My therapists, Lauren and Martha are the best. They were vey professional in assessing my injury and working on a therapy plan to get me moving again. At the same time they were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them without qualification."
"My therapist was Paige, she was very professional and thorough with my sprained ankle. I have COPD and on Oxygen 24/7 so she took great care to make sure I had my therapy in a room by myself. She was great I highly recommend her. Thanks again Paige!"
"The BEST Physical Therapy Center!! With their help I went from painful impaired mobility to complete mobility with no pain! Caring staff- all the therapists CARE about helping you get better not lining their pockets. Kind and Competent front desk- I never had an issue with insurance referral, unannounced bills, etc., Punctual service- I never had to wait long for my appointments. If you are looking for a good physical therapist I highly recommend them!"
