"The entire experience was amazing , starting from the front desk to check out. Arrived earlier that the appointment time , they still processed my son's paperwork very promptly. Then got us back with few minutes. Dr. Caplan got to the room as soon as the nurse left. He was very gracious & friendly with my son. He listened & answered all our concerns. Overall the visit was a breeze for me & my son. He loved the visit !! Thank you to the entire staff of "All Pediatrics of Lorton"."

"Generally their service is good but this an important issue that current patients and future patients should be aware of. Since last year (fall of 2022), front desk and management been telling us they don’t have enough staff to vaccinate flu shots or covid-19 (for kids under 3) and told us to go to county. This year they told us when the vaccine comes out we can make appointments and now saying they don’t have enough staff, and go to county. Currently County Health department cut funding and only vaccinate lower income folks and told us to go to our pediatric. Walgreens wouldn’t take anyone under 3. If you are in this situation, please let All Peds know that this is unacceptable!!! Maybe they don’t do it because vaccinating kids doesn’t have the biggest profit margin. Update: I want to provide some clarity on the statement above “Maybe they don’t do it because vaccinating kids doesn’t have the biggest profit margin.” Note: I said maybe, meaning could be or not, I am not claiming that is the reason they wouldn’t/couldn’t vaccinate for covid. I am not sure why my daughter been with this practice for about 3 years and not once I was able to schedule for covid vaccine, and I was told to go to county, and county was telling me to go to your pediatrician, so I was getting run around since 2022. That is the key take away here and I don’t want this get overshadowed. After All Peds read my review, they terminated patient doctors relationship as result of my critical feedback. I hope they take my review to improve their front desk service, management and leadership because doctors there are good. If you leave negative reviews, management “could” terminate your child from seeing their doctor."
