"For starters, the front desk person here is disrespectful. Her facial expressions and body expressions when talking are down right rude. I Was told I had a no show fee twice and they refused to take me that day. I arrived a second time and was told I was way beyond their grace period as I noticed i was 2 mins behind, they refused once again to take me AS it was an black ice filled parking lot because there was a snowstorm the day prior. Never again."

"Overall terrible experience, my nurse practitioner was Colleen Slevin. I would recommend listening/reading the multiple 1 star reviews and find another practice."

"It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in the billing department. I attempted to make an appointment and was told I couldn't because there was a balance on my account. I was transferred to pay a $70 balance. Once I did, I still couldn't schedule. The team said I needed to speak with the billing coordinator (I think her name is Maria). I've called her at least 4 times and no one has returned my call. Initially, when I attempted to schedule this appiontment, it was because the nurse said I should be seen ASAP due to some concerning symptoms. Unfortunately I haven't been able to be seen because the billing department doesn't return phone calls. This seems like a malpractice issue, especially if it turns out that my symptoms are of concern per the nurse on duty."

"I think the responsible thing to do would be to leave this review to warn other women. I had an appointment multiple times for an important visit and they kept turning me away. The latest time, they said to call the number and make an appointment for the following day. I said I would be on travel by the next day and really wished they would honor my appointment (it was a very quick thing). They said no. I called the number and they said they had appointments available that day (as they originally promised) and to go back into the office. When I was seen by the nurse, she was very unprofessional and I could tell she was frustrated I remade an appointment and came back. Again, this was a very important but quick thing I needed done. I also tried calling the management and my latest voice mail was not returned and it has now been 12 days since that voicemail. I feel that my health was not taken seriously and I want to warn others, especially since I did try to work things out with management constructively first but this did not happen."

"Stay away from this place AT ALL COSTS and more specifically, avoid any appointments with Laurie Carpenter. This office operates without SOPs (standard operating procedures), there is consistent miscommunication, and they will order completely unnecessary tests/procedures and refuse to clarify any questions. For my first pregnancy, this should have been an exciting and enjoyable experience, but the mismanagement and incompetency at this office made the first few weeks of this pregnancy a complete nightmare. I would not recommend this obgyn to anyone."
