"Poor Dr. Farber, doesn't even know what HIPAA IS. He's spelled it HIPPA in written articles, so clearly he's had female hippos on his mind (gross) or he's an innocent and a tech-incomp. He's gotten fined by the Health and Human Service's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) for compliance and enforcement violations). He's failed to disclose that. He trollops the media and patronizes and laughs at his client's over their legitimate concerns, then admonishes and publicly shames them. He's a fauxpert. In the Washington Post magazine expose article about shister reunification efforts by attorneys, judges and psychologists, "They were taken from their mom, May 2017 regarding the same), his name isn't directly mentioned. But in public court-filings regarding the same, email exchanges show that he was involved in that traumatic experience and fraternized relationship between McCahill, Bruce McLaughlin, Chris Lane. (Seems like kickbacks, fraud and abuse)...the antithesis of the Stark Law. McCahill has had a long history of rulings against women, especially non-white. McCahill after all was Jack Kent Cooke's lawyer and tried to shame wife #3 and keep the socialite elitest baby from being born. Everyone in this ring-circus employs bigotry and misogynism, especially when $$$ is their end-game. McLauglin's exoneration didn't stop him from engaging in criminal conduct, including using client funds to pay for his own litigation against his former attorneys; Lane has a history of absconding with client fees and obfuscating and scuttling the process. They all believe social media is a safe place-n-space for children. (Gross. Concerning. Creepy)."

"I just wanted to offer a positive review on Dr. Farber. Granted, my reasons for seeing him were due to chronic migraine, not custody of children or anything. I found that he helped me identify stressors and helped coach me back towards health. Migraines don’t ever go AWAY, but you can reduce the frequency of them. He helped with that, and helped me take control back. The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is that the sessions usually start late, and he can be overwhelmed with the amount of clients he has. Otherwise, I found/find him to be an effective psychologist that will help you. Thanks"

"Dr Farber is consistently the most reviewed and lowest rated psychiatrist/psychologist in NOVA. There are support groups for people that feel victimized by him. My experience was that he is more interested in impressing colleagues and those with the power to refer mandatory cases to him (court-ordered) than he is in actually understanding the case - he tells the purse holder what they want to hear. I believe him to be a scam artist and a narcissist. Strongly recommend you stay away."
