I asked one of the girls working there if she could open a fitting room for me and she took her beat headphone off and looked at me in a wrong way and didn’t speak to me at all. when she was walking to the fitting room she checked herself out on the mirror and when she opened the fitting room door she slammed it open. they need to fire those girl that give so much attitude for no reason. absolutely disgusting. i will be contacting corporate."

"I was very happy to walk in today and see new staff!!!! I never felt welcomed, they old staff didn't greet us, never did they ask if you needed help, not even said thank you. If you had to ask for assistance they acted as if I was bothering them. But TODAY the 2 young ladies were very pleasant & helpful, that can make all the difference in wether I shop a store or not."

"I've always been a fan of Charlotte Russe and I'm very happy there's one at this mall. I'm a fan of their sales and visited recently where I had extra awesome customer service. I was just here the weekend before and found a perfume on sale that I ended up loving and so I came again to see if I could get more. The perfume sale was even better this time around with it being buy one get 2 free. Sadly, my perfume was out of stock but the visiting manager, Nadiah, did attempt to find it for me. I discovered another one I liked though and got as many as I could. Though Nadiah was a visiting manager she made an impact on my visit and I can hope that her influence and personable customer service will stay at this location."

"I usually do not leave any reviews but i had to do it today, as i am reading many more reviews regarding their ill mannered staff and rude behavior. I have been their customer for long, but today when i went there i had 4-5 clothes in my hand to buy and i asked lady for changing room she told me its closed today, i politely asked if i can talk to manager i will not take more than 5 min as i am traveling overseas tomorrow i would want to fit in clothes, meanwhile i am adressing this one girl, the other young cashier intervened and rudely said “tell her fitting room is closed” , i addressed her and said mam, i hear you but would you mind asking your manager , she refused me 3-4 times very very abrubtly and rudely and i asked her thats very ill mannered of her the way she is talking and her body language she can communicate politely as i m doing, she quickly spoke to managrr over her walkie talkie and said “our fitting room is closed today right?” Manager said yea. Then she hung up and looked at me and said “ seee i told u” i asked her for her name, she said i m not giving u my name u may now walk outside thw store, i said ; excuseme? She responded “yes you heard me right” not givin you my name, you may leave,” i was there shocked and asked her i get the point fittin room is closed but i m politely adressing you and is this how you talk to a customer? She kept going on same disrespectful way , saying yes i said what i said you may go. I left all clothes at counter and left the store. Management may check the camera if i was rude or harsh a bit untill she started her ill sick behavior. Seemed like she was having some rough day and took all out on me"

"Incredibly affordable pieces. The items I bought look way more expensive than the actual price. Initially I thought they were going to close the shop since the prices were really low but the sales associate told me that the pricing is just the way they do business. They sell clothes in XS sizing too. I'll be back next time."
