"Terrible customer service! There were 3 employees chatting near the register and ZERO customers in the store as my wife and I entered. No one said anything to us and they continued their conversation. We walked the entire store and at no we're we engaged by an Ugg employee. Even as we prepared to leave the store no one said a word so my wife "thanked" them for such a great experience."
"This UGG outlet at the Leesburg premium outlets is quite nice. It has a great selection of UGG products obviously, with a good amount of sizes in most models as well. This includes, men's, women's, and kid's products. The staff is nice and helpful, and the store itself is roomy enough to walk around in, even when other people are there. It's also well organized, so it's easy to find what you're looking for quickly. My only complaint is that there isn't really enough seating for trying footwear on.. just 2 small benches in the middle of the store. In my opinion, that's really not enough."
