"I went to get my wife’s ring resized, however, they damaged the correct ring and told me they could not fix the ring that needed to be resized. After going back to ask what happened, the short bald man explained there are over 1,000 customers that we are assisting therefore we cannot help you. I didn’t see 1,000 customers the bald man must be dreaming. He needs to wake up from his dream. Also, it was THEIR mistake and he refused to return my $25.00. It is not about the money as he was providing a service to the customer but he was absolutely disrespectful and very unhelpful. This shop should be shut down and I don’t recommend anyone to this foolish shop. Worst jeweler!!!"

"EXTREMELY OVER PRICED!! They gold is almost 3 times the market price. I told them this and they were very rude and refused to acknowledge what the market price was. I bought gold earrings from Dubai Jewelers for a half the price. Plus the clothing is crazy expensive. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!"

"I had the worst experience at this place.. my mom purchased a-ring from this place and the owner was so nice when she came for a purchase.. He was telling her what looked good and trying so hard so she could buy the ring. But she had some issue and she wanted to get a refund or exchange it (if not refund) and we went there on the 3rd day of buying the ring.. the owner had l a completely different attitude towards us . He was being very rude and straight up lied to our face about the rates and everything. I caught him in his lies and he was changing his statement every time.. he even made comments on my profession which was very rude.. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone..please be careful if you are purchasing from here ."

"Worst customer service. A true Desi and a 100% greedy man. The guy Nadeem pressured me to buy a dress I knew it would not fit. Kept insisting that I can fix it and size it. I spent $170 on a dress that does not fit and can’t be fixed. I hope the money he took from me gets used at his funeral. I am saying this because he is very greedy and and unfair.
