"I placed an online order to this store. I went to pick up my item a couple days after placing the order but still in my pickup window. The order was not there when I arrived so I talked with one of the associates. She told me that it was showing in their system that I picked it up but I told her that couldn’t have been the case because I was the only one on the order to pick it up. She then tried claiming that it wasn’t actually fulfilled - though I had received both an email letting me know it was fulfilled and actually an email just a little bit before I got to the store saying thanks for picking up my order. I believe that the store pulled my order in order to sell it to someone else so they could receive double the income from one item. The associates work here don’t care that they’re duping their customers and apparently neither do the managers."

"The Springfield store was well stocked and seemed organized. I wish there were more staffed registers. They have a lot of self serve ones if that is your preference. The staff that I interacted with were polite and efficient. I goo during the week so it was not crowded"

"They have a huge variety of crafts and crafty item. Prices are pretty good here. Havent had any issues with the employees. They all seem very knowledgeable and kind. They ask if you need help; they are very attentive."

"I couldn't find an employee on the floor to ask a question about my purchase and the cashier was extremely rude. I found an item and took it to self checkout. The price sign on the shelf said $19.99, but when I rang it up, it came to $32.99, so I took it to the one cashier at the counter. I asked whether she could check the price and explained the sign vs. self checkout. Without speaking, she scanned it and said, "That's because it is $32.99." I asked whether the difference might be other colors were on sale, to which she replied, "I have no idea," and stared at me. I went back to the rack, chose a different color, checked that the item matched the details on the sign, and returned to self checkout. Same situation. I returned to the cashier and asked whether there was someone who might be able to help me since I was seeing the same discrepancy. She said she couldn't call anyone. I said, "Okay..." while she stared at me. After a few seconds, she rolled her eyes and said, "Do you want me to just give it to you for $19.99?" I said that would be great. The cashier took the item, scanned it, and stood there looking off across the store while I paid. Never spoke to me again. While I appreciate that the cashier honored the sale price, she was completely rude and dismissive. Interestingly, she chatted up the people in line in front of me, laughing and having a lovely conversation. When I asked my question -- I wasn't at all angry, just confused -- she became annoyed and rude. Definitely will be looking for another place to get anything I might find at Michael's since I'd rather not be treated badly for simply asking a question."
