"The JCP in Springfield Town Center is a very well stocked and well-run store. The associates are sometimes few and far between but when you do get to the checkout they are always personable and very helpful. If you have forgotten your coupon you could just look up your account with your phone number and they try to give you every available break on the prices. If they do not have your size in stock you can order it and have it shipped to the store for free. Although this requires a second trip to the store you might find something else that you like on your second trip to the store. Their clothes are good quality and a great price. I especially like this store location because there's plenty of parking around back by the salon."

"A really positive shopping experience. I asked two salespeople for help and both went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. Very reasonable prices for a variety of items. The cashier was very nice and friendly when I paid for my purchase, two pairs of Liz Claiborne pants for a little under $30, a real bargain."
