"I’ve wasted too much of my time over the past few days trying to call and speak to someone about a vehicle alarm installation. Nobody answers no matter what option you choose. SonicSound in Arlington answered my call the first time. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for nothing Best Buy."

"When talking about my laptop issue, the employee looked up my warranty. He stayed quite so while he was, I was explaining my issue and why I want this to be fixed since it's too early to be having this issue. He told me that this issue is something that happens with my brand of laptop at some point. I told I understand but it's still new to be having this issue. The solution he presented was shipping off my laptop to get it fixed BUT it would take two months at most to get it fixed. Obviously I decided against doing that. Two weeks later I called the manufacture of my laptop and even though they said to send it in, unlike what the geek squad employee said. It took only five days to get everything fixed and all back to new. I don't know what this geek squad employee was doing but I am assuming he was just trying to get my warranty time to run out by saying things that would deter me from the idea of getting a simple fix on my laptop. Or he doesn't know how to do his job and is saying things in a matter of fact tone, acting like he knows what he is doing."

"Don’t bother with this location's Geek Squad for any smart home appliances. I paid to have 2 Ring cameras installed, which Best Buy apparently subcontracts to a third party company. Made an appointment...no-call, no show by the tech. Made another appointment, same deal. Spoke with Geek Squad management, no resolution offered. I ended up having Amazon Home install (they were on time and extremely helpful). Disappointed and frustrated I wasted 2 days waiting for technicians and Best Buy made no attempts to compensate for such unprofessionalism."

"the worst company ever. they didnt even know what they were doing!!! My pc wouldnt turn on because the cpu 8th gen cpu wasnt compatible with my 7th gen motherboard.and i didnt know at the time. the guy literally broke my mount as he was checking it. Tried to charge me 160$ so i said ugh f it why not. Then they couldnt find the problem 2 weeks later. Then he sais that the problem is that i unproperly installed the cpu. What. Then i asked the guy whats wrong with the cpu he said oh we are not sure we couldnt fond another cpu to test it on.THEN WHAT DID I PAY 160 FOR ?!!!!!!!!?!!!! Then he included in the voicemail that since they didnt find the problem they will refund me half of the money. When i went to pick up my pc, he forgot all about it until i mentioned it. He only gave back 40$. Are. You. Serious man."
