"This place and staff are literally THE best!!!! My dog Lola doesn't like other dogs and has anxiety and when I bring her in they always make sure she is comfortable and turn dryers off for her so it's not overwhelmingly loud. She is a strong dog and they do so well with her! We visit once a month for a pawdicure and I'm so happy I found this place!"

"My dog was there on Saturday. Sunday morning he kept shaking his head. When I looked I saw this! Took him to the emergency room and when the groomers removed the hair in his ears they also took skin with it. Both of his ears are raw like this. Very upset and I will be calling them to cancel all further appointments and to complain. He’s on an antibiotic and pain meds and has to wear a cone for the next seven days. I was reassured by the owner that he was in good care since I switched groomers to them because of another issue some where else. If this is what they call good care I don’t want to know what other care would be."

"I absolutely love Bow Wows. They treat my dogs so well. Rachel is my groomer and I love her, so amazing. She makes my 9 year old yorkie look amazing and really cares for her. And she also takes my year old beagle and they both look amazing after she is done. I can’t say enough great things about this place. ❤️❤️❤️"
