"I set up an appointment a week in advance. The day of my appointment after waiting a half an hour, I called and got sorry I was busy with something else during the week, can we set something up next week? I guess they think their schedule is more important then the customer schedule. If your going to be a no show at least have the courtesy to call and let the customer know."

"So we had already been getting some work already done by another company who shall not be named (a screened porch addition).Upon completion of our screened porch, we began to get a leak in our old addition. Since we already were working with this un-named company, we decided to continue with them to fix the water leak appearing to come somewhere from where our main house meets our old addition. They then informed us that we needed to replace the addition roof bc that’s where the leak was coming from. So we proceeded while also getting a second opinion in order to get some more clear and organized paperwork for an estimate to submit to the insurance/ home warranty company because said in-named company couldn’t properly submit the papers we needed for the insurance/ home owners. This is where our experience w Blake and Sons came in. They came in, gave us their free estimate and went above and beyond to help in any way they could KNOWING that they weren’t gonna be getting the job bc another company was already working on it. Jayson was awesome, very thorough, very knowledgeable and very pleasant gentleman. Upon completion of the new addition roof... we continued to get a leak weeks later ( side note- the only reason we paid to get the roof replaced is because the un -named company said it was absolutely needed to fix leak and that the leak issue would be no more once we replaced it). I sought Jayson with Blake and Sons advisement once again, knowing that this other company must not have, evidently, seal and fix said leak. He once again was more than happy to come out and point out where certain things weren’t properly done and where the leak could still be coming from, all while knowing that someone else (who was already paid for the dang job) would most likely be the ones fixing it. So Jayson with Blake and Sons came out not once, but twice... to help my fiancé and I address this leak issue. Being that I do not know the first thing about roofing.. he was able to help me identify some corners that were cut by this other company so that I could address them and ultimately get them fixed w out having to pay more money for something that was already paid to be fixed. I tip my hat to him and his team. Thank you guys, you definitely earned our business in the near future. I will be using Blake and Sons next time I need some work done, for sure!"

"If I could give them less than a zero!!! Jayson and team was hired to remold my kitchen. Within months the brand new cabinets are falling off the wall. The closet doors are hanging. And he had 3 attempts to fix his errors and still I had to hire someone else to fix it. They did not refund nor call me back. Take them to court!!! I WON my money back. They were successful on the first attempt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS INCOMPETENT TEAM."

"Jason did a great job in finding my leaking in my rental house. A roofer had come out and just took a look and threw up some caulking and left. Jason reviewed the big picture and came up with a plan. He even did the water test after the work was done to make sure the leak was fixed. Then the next year when I sold the house and the inspection came back with some foundation related tasks in the 1800's house. Jason did a great job to get the work done in a prompt timing to meet my closing. His team always shows up on time and are very respectful of the property. As we all know scheduling and get the job done in such a professional matter is very important. I am planning on using him again for additional repairs to my personal residence."

"Jayson handled our home inspection in a quick, efficient and professional manor! We had a last minute issue within 3 days of our settlement of our house and had to have an inspection/evaluation approval for the lender in less than 24 hours. I called him after hours, and he had no issue with coming out the same night. After he completed the job, our bill was minimal and even though he could have charged us an arm/leg due to our desperate position he was fair. I am recommending him to everyone we know."
