"We took our dog to Tamara for the 1st time today, we are so pleased!!! We will definitely be going back. The prior groomer we tried just cut her face in a box, Tamara gave her character (working with what she could with previous cut). Tamara was very polite, professional and caring. Thank you Tamara!! 3rd pic is Susu’s 2nd grooming with Tamara.. she looks beautiful and so content. Thanks once again Tamara!! We’ll recommend you to everyone!!"
"Very unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment for my two small long-haired dogs a month in advance. Upon scheduling, I informed the groomer that the younger dog had some matting from her previous home (we haven’t owned her long.) Tamara said it was fine and scheduled an appointment for both pets. I drove an HOUR to get to her only to be turned away and having her tell me ‘I’m 70, I have carpal tunnel. I can’t comb out mats. Sorry. Cute dogs though’ Not only did she put me out after wasting my time and gas, she wouldn’t see either dog! If I could leave zero stars, I would. 0/10 would not recommend!"
"My wife drove almost an hour with our two dogs to have them groomed only to be turned away because she said “she’s 70 and just can’t comb the mats out anymore” my wife has informed her when she called to make the appointments that there was some matting. The dogs are both small long haired dogs that spend a lot of time outside, there will always be some type of matting."
