Kroger Pharmacy

"Terrible customer service! I know Walgreens thought they were doing their customers a favor by picking the closest pharmacy to their shuttered Sunset Boulevard location, but after dealing with the staff at this Kroger Pharmacy, I'll be driving to the alternative Walgreens on the other side of town."

"Since Walgreens closed my stuff came to Kroger. I will be switching them out both times I went service was horrible they were so rude. This morning the lady was just extremely rude never have I had that service at Walgreens"

"Tho they tend to take an extremely long time when u take a paper prescription but if ur doctor asks in ur script, they shoot u a text letting u know when it's ready or, if there's some kinda issue, the text will make u aware of the issue , like if they're outta that particular medication."

"Having lived in the Steubenville area for a short amount of time, I have learned one lesson; do not use this pharmacy for your prescription needs! My 4 year old son has severe neurological issues, and his Pediatric Neurologist regularly changes, or increases doses to existing medication, etc. The biggest issue seems to be that the pharmacist or staff at this location do not understand gradual increase dosing (ex. Increasing a medication by 5 mg weekly until reaching intended dosage.) My child will miss days without medication because the staff is apparently unable to request verification that is outside of the archiac practice of communication by fax. They will also not call or notify you that your expected medication is on hold due to their own low level communication capability. It is also not their "job" to contact the prescribing doctor's office."Excuse me, but it's not my job to drag the information out of your doctor" was literally said to me when I asked if the pharmacy attempted to contact my child's neurologist. Finally, let's top off this issue by delaying the medication due to not having any in stock after days of playing middle man between pharmacy and doctor office. I fully understand that there a certain rules and regulations that pharmacists have to abide by, but this place is beyond unorganized, uncaring, and obnoxiously rude."

"Kroger Pharmacy is always staffed with caring, dedicated and happy employees that seem to love helping people by asking questions and giving advice that will help their patients with the knowledge of their medications, and answer any question the patient has. They provide more than just prescriptions or over-the-counter medications; they provide advice and support, and are full of need to know information about any prescription or store bought drug. The are always professional and take the time to talk to each patient if necessary, whether they are busy or not. I am so glad I switched all my medications to Kroger Pharmacy."
