"Very rude employee in the pharmacy. Was simply trying to transfer a prescription from another location to this one and she would talk over me and wouldn’t let me explain anything. I asked her how she spelled my name to verify that was correct since she couldn’t find my prescription information and she very very rudely repeated it back to me.. after that I asked to speak to someone else and she hung up on me.."

"I struggled with this CVS location for years and finally gave up and transferred to another locally owned pharmacy. Maybe they are understaffed with too many customers, I don't know. It has always been complicated to get my prescription filled and if I needed to contact the pharmacy for any reason regarding one of my prescriptions it was a minimum 20 minute wait on hold. I was a long time customer but I just couldn't handle the constant problems any longer. I recommend going to a locally owned pharmacy that provides much better customer service."
