"Registered Nurse -worked with this company for 1 contract without any issues.NUM contract in regional SA 2nd contract regional again i left after 3 days as NUM wanted me to work outside my scope of practice and recency of practice. I advised AMI and i have not heard from anyone since, no check in to see if I was OK after this happened or investigation of HCF - they do not support nurses in clinical setting to work within legaslative requirements, set boundaries and protect both their own registration and patients Travel not paid . Unable to post review on AMI Australia - why i wonder ? Perhaps parent company can sort out poor administration"

"It was a good experience but I have worked in Emergency Management for a few years now and this company has very low integrity and almost no value in the employees. The people that they hire to be in leadership at the sites are so unprofessional. Also, some of the people in leadership over the programs can also be rude and disrespectful when you are asking for help. Its almost like they feel as though you are beneath them. This would be an awesome place to work if the company would put more effort into screening and choosing talent that is condusive to the growth of the people they lead which will lead to the growth of the company as a whole."

"I have worked for AMI for over a year, since COVID started in New York. I am proud to work for a company that rewards motivated and hard-working employees with opportunity for promotion/or growth within the company. The projects are rewarding and the team accomplishments within short time spans extraordinary. I am meeting mentors, long-term co-workers and friends along the way. I highly recommend you choose AMI, a physician owned and operated company that cares about patients and employees for future employment."

"Working for AMI has been an incredible experience. Never in my life have I felt more appreciated, encouraged, and supported in my career development. I can truthfully say that my managers have listened every time I've had an issue, and supported me in any way that they can. When I requested to learn how to use new software tools I was not only met with encouragement, but the full support of management as well. I appreciate so much the direct communication that I receive from my superiors, and I look forward to continuing my work relationship with AMI for years to come."

"I would never work with this company again. Worked with them on an RN contract down in Aruba and 10 weeks into a 6 month contract I had to go home on an emergency 2 week leave. Everything was approved before I left and they knew I would be back in 2 weeks. Once I arrived back in the states I get an email from Mili at AMI telling me that they were filling my position. I thought this was highly unethical after telling me before I left Aruba that the 2 week leave had been approved. This caused me to lose $1000 on a plane ticket and several weeks of pay until I found another position. My advice is not to work with this company"
