"Excellent service and the most professional staff I've ever met. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by the staff. They we're polite yet not over-bearing like some stores where they are too hungry for a sale. Before they even talked about suits they asked me about my day and were all in all welcoming even if I wasn't there to buy anything. I told them my needs and they were more than accommodating, not being afraid to take down any number of suits, always helping me with the coat and maintaining perfect manners with a smile the entire time. The clothes were quality and their expertise was apparent with every question the asked and option they presented. I unfortunately had a funeral to attend to, and without even blinking said they could have all of my items tailored over night for me. Hugo Boss will definitely be top of my list for my next suit.
