"Styles for the younger generation. The workers always try to keep the place clean but on busy days it’s a mess, you can thank the human population for that mess not the employees. The sales are ok. The quality of the clothes are always questionable."

"Clothing is nice and very high quality. The prices though are a bit much for something that you may or may not wear 2 times a year. Also i feel like the sizes arent what they say they are and tend to run smaller than usual. I would recomend going a size or 2 up for a better fit."

"Poorly ran, dirty and disorganized. Manager walked around ignoring the long line of customers waiting to check out with only one girl running the register. Manager and another associate were on the sales floor ignoring customers. Bad management, bad customer service, not a good experience. Would not recommend or come back."

"A recent visit to this Manassas Mall clothing retailer revealed a complete mess. Clothing everywhere. But that's not the worst of it - or what compelled me to write a review. An employee, who appeared to be some sort of supervisor, was complaining aloud (yelling across the store, actually) about what a mess customers make. This was obviously for our (the customers') benefit. Apparently we're "slobs" who weren't "raised right." I wonder if this is what rue21 teaches in management training. Frankly, the woman sounded emotionally unstable and not fit to work with the public - no less supervise anyone. Won't be going back to any rue21 until the company decides to respect their customers. We are, after all, the reason they exist."

"I stood for around ten minutes waiting for a dressing room, because I thought they were just checking out a customer. They were literally just talking to eachother. When they tried to sell me perfume I said "not today", and they all made faces at me. They didn't greet you as you walk in, nor as you walk out."
