"Management and staff were horrible! Would not return a purchase i made online with receipt and tags still attached, even though online sais "may return in stores." Said i could only get store credit. I called 2 other stores and they said that is NOT the policy! Tried calling corporate and you can't get through to them either, it's all automated! Will never shop at this location ever again, and to be honest, not sure I'll shop with ae again...very sad"

"The store manager of this store is the most uncivilized individual I have come across at any American Eagle store. Not only did she refuse to provide us the fitting room that we were just previously in, she refused to provide us her real name. Decided to reply with “Hm, what name do I want to be today...” And insisted that her name was Sarah and refused to provide the store number when requested upon as well. Needless to say, her customer service to customers is inadequate and ill-mannered and I, as a longtime American Eagle customer, find this incredibly alarming. Red flags to this store. Will follow up with further complaints, as she provides an incorrect representation to the store and the brand."
