"Very clean and very helpful staff, well stocked and good selection... However, my wife was looking for higher heels and this store really was lacking. Flats and low heels sure this place is amazing but if you are looking for north of 4 inch heels you won't find any. The website has far better heel options. "I shop there all the time, and a new employee named Alazay (a woman of middle eastern descent in case I misspelled her name) singled out my dad, following, whispering and nearly harassed him. So we left the store. Thinking it was a one-off experience, my dad and I came back a couple weeks later and experienced uncomfortable staring and gossiping with the store manager about us less than a foot away. As paying customers, and a regular customer myself it was very uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience. Having two inexperienced, immature young women representing a brand like Steve Madden is a mistake because they just lost a high-paying customer. Representation, behavior, & service was less than poor if I could give 0 stars I would. Highly disappointed."
