"I have been going to this place for few years now and the service has been continuously superb, considering I drive almost 2hours to get there . At first I met Shoaib, who made my shopping comfortable, after a year or two, I met Selma oh wow then she just took the service to another level and am like wow these individuals are so passionate about the job then I met Nagra the store gaffer , oh my gosh she is the definition of outstanding customer service .. I understood retail and the stress that comes with it so having to see these individuals going through that with smiles each time made me always come back. Even Myron the new guy blew me out with his service. Thank you guys. Mr H"

"Looking over the fact that they have such a small collection, the vast majority of employees that work there are very unfriendly. I have gone and bought from this location several times and I seldomly get greeted when I come in. The only way I get decent service is on the weekends when there are multiple people there and I get lucky with a nice associate. On the weekdays, like today, the staff is cold, unfriendly, and provide no help. The only help I got was when I was being rung up for a purchase. Very disappointing experience given the amount of money being spent when I go there."
