"Great product, but unfortunately, the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a retailer. Their returns service picked up the wrong package, even though I provided very specific instructions to follow. They NEVER returned what was taken and I had to file a police report for my insurance claim. All they said was "sorry"."
"My order was promised to be delivered yesterday. It never arrived. I called 2 times and was assured both times that it had been sent. Now FedEx tells me that they never took possession of it and that the vendor, canceled the order. They have yet to communicate with me or respond to my email. Today they are not answering the phone. They have ruined my Mothers’ Day! I am confined to home because I have leukemia and they weren’t truthful when I called."

The pieces I chose were generally for specific special occasions so the cost of the items didn't hurt so badly. I am in my seventies and on a fixed income so the cost of living can be challenging, but your clothing is classy, modern, consistent and appropriate for a woman of my age and stature and has been well worth the extra cost. In addition, your customer service and product availability is excellent. Thank you."
