"I would not suggest that anyone visit this location. The staff are not helpful in locating items or sizes, they are not proactive in helping to get access to the fitting rooms. I was able to pick up my ship to store order with no problem, but my mistake was as trying to shop in the store. The absolute worst was when I tried to check out and I tried to navigate the magic math that was all of the deals and rules and exclusions and while asking questions the staff member got so frustrated with me that she walked away and started stage whispering to another staff. Complete lack of professionalism. I don’t know how this whole system works, I shop once or twice a year, they do transactions all day long. I will never be back to this location, Towson is better by orders of magnitude in every measure."
