"If I could leave a 0 star review I would. The manager I talked to, Bev, was extremely dismissive to guests like myself. I posted a picture for customers to look out for, after it was brought to my attention that Bev committed credit card fraud at the Gap where she used to work. Her breath reeked when she was near me. She was forcing one of her workers, Katie, to interact with guests coming in the store, despite me and many others being very uncomfortable with being questioned on our personal life. Store was a mess. Didn’t end up buying anything because I was so uncomfortable with knowing what Bev did and how she treated her workers. The store needs to be cleaned as well. I saw dust bunnies everywhere, and some younger teenagers in the fitting room were talking about their mice problem. Will not be returning. Steer clear of Aerie."

"My wife and I arrived at 7:30 for a date night. They close at 8. We didn’t think it would take long to shop here. There were no customers but us. My wife found a few items and wanted to try them on. The girl at the counter looked at us funny. Nice and loud she said the fitting rooms are closed. My wife was like well how am I supposed to buy these undergarments without trying it on. The girl said “well we close the fitting rooms at 7:30 so sorry.” She wasn’t helpful. We did buy a couple items but she missed out on a fairly good purchase. Very unwelcoming place and I will not shop here again. The person who helped us also had an Apple AirPod in her ear. Who does this during a shift? My wife felt like she was a nuisance. Sorry to have bothered you all."
