He provided a ton of feedback and made great suggestions. All while helping me he also was able to assist other customers showing them the same genuine care. "I've always seen the brand but never been a customer until recently and I'm thrilled I did. The selection is crazy good but where they win is on the service side. They are SUPER friendly and knowledgeable and they won't stop until the customer is happy. A few people have stood out in my most recent two visits. Karly, Autumn, Terrell and Steven. They are ALL rockstars!!"
"Got the clothes I wanted but the manager continually telling the employees to "check on your guests" every 3 seconds was annoying and I was almost to the point of leaving. Lighten up, chief. They're adults and so am I. I get that it's retail and they need to sell, but if I need something, I'll definitely find someone to ask. They're observant enough to know when people need/want help and when they do not. That experience was obnoxious."
