"During the holidays, I lost my beloved father. On top of navigating through my grief, I learned of funeral costs that exceeded my expectations. As I refused to pay the amount that the funeral home charges for the funeral spray, I asked a friend to find a local florist with reasonable prices. During her research of various florists, she spoke with Lana (owner) and Lana's caring response to my situation assured her that Oopsie Daisies would be the florist to provide what I needed. My friend was right. It was apparent to me upon speaking with Lana that she cares about her customers. It is not just a business for her...a rare quality. She took the time to express sympathy and empathy for my loss. For the flowers, I was not in the mindset to provide lots of details. She understood and assured me that she would prepare a lovely arrangement at a cost that was far less than the funeral home's price. On the day of the funeral, I was amazed by the beauty of the flowers on my father's casket. They were simply gorgeous and looked far better than the flowers within the funeral home's flower options. Thank you, Lana, for helping to make my father's homegoing celebration beautiful."
