"This hotel was wonderful for a trip to Pittsburgh the next day and I highly recommend it. The room was excellent and the location was surprising and beautiful, just outside of the city. We also loved to see the ice skating rink and lights out our window. I'm giving 4 stars because I think there could be a few minor improvements to the pool and gym. The indoor pool was lovely, but it did end up being a bit cold, making swimming uncomfortable, so we didn't stay in for long. The only downside to the gym was that there were no dumbbells, which limits workouts significantly. A simple set of dumbbells would have given so many more options. All in all we loved our stay and will recommend this hotel to everyone we know!"

"It's nice yes. But the cost to wash clothes is outrageous 3.00 + dollars a load. The other thing is the ladies that run the breakfast. They watch you like a hawk and take their minimum wage job very very seriously. I came down because I woke up early to get a coffee and breakfast was out. So as I'm grabbing food the lady comes from the back and is asking me questions about why I'm up so early. Then as I'm sitting eating the food she tells me I should have asked her first??? I was so confused by what she was saying and then she said it would make me seem less arrogant! Lady I don't have time for questions if the food is out it's time to eat."

"The location was great for our needs and we really enjoyed the ice skating rink, Rubi's, and the Irish Pub. The housekeeping was the one area this hotel did not do well. We respect the trend that hotels evolved to not providing full housekeeping in order to save on water and other resources. This hotel has cut corners and when we asked for housekeeping to come on day 3 to clean, empty trash, empty trash they took our tip, left towels and did nothing else. The shower had moldy tile grout and unwiped corners."

"We had a fantastic time. We took advantage of the seasonal ice skating just outside the front door. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean."

"I stayed here two nights and this is an awesome hotel! I stay in hotels over 100 nights a year and I wish every hotel was like this. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Great hot buffet breakfast. Pool was nice. Hot coffee available 24/7. Right out the front door is a Bennigans and a pizza joint. I would love to get another job assignment in the area to come back and stay here."
