"absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I went with my friend and we were having a casual conversation in a PUBLIC place and one of the employees asked us to be quiet, even saying “just shut up” when I replied that I was unaware we were in a library. I think this experience was disgraceful and I simply will never return. Train your employees for customer service and if you have a volume requirement then post it at the front of the store. Honestly such a shame that this is the customer service that people have. He also needs a hair cut."

"Poorly managed. Understaffed.... dirty and disorganized. Used to work there. Has a decent selection for a very out dated store. Some employees are completely useless. But the app and coupons make it worth while to shop there when I don’t have the time to go to the East Liverpool store. Wish they carried a better selection of Happy Planner items and cross stitch supplies."
