1405 Point

"I overall liked my time spent at 1405, but night shift workers beware!** The construction all day throughout the week made it nearly impossible to get any sleep during the day after my nightshift. (I lived on the top floor and it was still loud sadly) The construction is just beginning so I don't see it ending any time soon. The elevators also seem to be a major issue in the building. You can wait upwards of 5-10 minutes to catch one because they are constantly out of service or breaking down. Me and 3 others were stuck in one for almost an hour and 1/2 and had to wait for the fire department. :( The units are clean and modern and the city view made our space worth the price at the time, however it is to be assumed the view will soon be obstructed with the construction outside. The location and modern units made living at 1405 enjoyable but I had to move on to a new house that was better for my lifestyle."

"Overall, my experience with 1405 Point has been very pleasent and fun. The application process was made easy thanks to management. Moving in was super smooth. Maintenance is very responsive. The amenities are very nice. Recommend it to all my friends!"

"The amenities are extremely well maintained. My apartment happens to be right by the trash room, about which I was a bit worried. But since I moved in in July, the trash room has always been clean and the hallways frequently vacuumed. Only little setback is that the loading dock elevator does not have an independent control. Overall really pleasant living experience here."

I've been particularly pleased with the cleanliness of the common areas and how attentive, considerate, and thorough the maintenance staff have been with the few issues we have experienced throughout our lease so far.
