"City arts seems great but it's very hard getting someone to respond. I've tried calling, leaving an inquiry with the answering service, and an email. I'm hoping I hear back because I definitely qualify for the apartments. If there's anyone from City Arts on here, can you please reach out?"

"The staff do not work 9-5 Mon - Fri. The application process can take months because the staff don’t return phone calls or have regular hours. Building appears nice but the customer serious is the worst I’ve ever seen. They need to find new leasing agents that actually want to work."

"Seems like a really great apartment complex. Had the opportunity to check out one of the units, applied and in the final stage of approval but been a lack of communication unfortunately. Move in date has been moved back several times. Can’t seem to get a return on a phone call or email. Still very much want to move here as soon as possible but the communication is concerning."

"I had the opportunity to checkout City Arts Apartments and they are very nice. I more than qualified and they have units available and been trying for three weeks to get paperwork filled out and to bring deposit but no one answers the phone or returns emails. I on deadline with old apartment so I was hoping that I would be able to just move from current location to there but can't get a return message"
