"Under new management as of June 2023. Beautiful building, up to date appliances, layout, and features. Resident only parking lot which is outstanding for the area. Huge layout apartment. New management is amazing. Very kind and timely with any thing you may need help with! Love living here. Safe also."
"I had a great experience at Heath Street Apartments. The leasing staff were great to work with, they always got back to me right away with anything I needed. Same for maintenance, if I put in a maintenance request it would be done within hours. The building is extremely clean and everyone I would ever bring over were blown away with the building especially the roof top view of the city. Overall, if anyone is looking for an affordable apartment in Baltimore that is walking distance to everything and has great accommodations I would recommend Heath Street Apartments."

"Heath Street Lofts is the perfect apartment for you!! 2 minutes walk from some great restaurants, bars/pubs, shops, parks, inner harbor, casino, Ravens stadium, etc. Very nice floor plans, and very spacious rooms, kitchen area, bathrooms and closet space. The property manager welcomed me with open arms, and is such a professional in every aspect. I have lived at Heath Street Lofts for 4 years and have not had any concerns/issues. In addition the building has a gym, business center, bike racks, decaled parking, mezzanine inside/outside, and rental office on-site for the residents convenience. I would definitely recommend Heath Street Lofts!!"

Pros: - Good location: walkable distance to bars, restaurants, park, M&T stadium, Camden Yards; - Close proximity to i-95 - Safe - Available parking - Compatible pricing - Decent gym - Nice lounge area with a great view over the city - Small office is available for computer access Cons: - Nothing to list Not sure why people are leaving bad reviews."
