"1/31: As an update, there was an oversight in the notification of the repair. The repair was done on Monday but I was unaware of it. Maintenance called me today and explained. I appreciate that. The fact that he took the time to explain what happened and was understanding of my emotions for being unaware that the heating issue was fixed. This place definitely gets 5 stars. That shows a lot of care and concern. Thank you all!! 1/30: A current renter who has been without heat since January 17th. I have placed a phone call for an update and was told on Friday, January 26th (9 days later) that they were waiting on a part. I have yet to hear from them on receiving the part and fixing the heating issue. My mother is supposed to come and visit. Now I have to take her to a hotel for 4 days because I can’t have her in my place cold. They provided a mini heater but that is not going to work. I will be contacting the housing authority. I just moved here in October and I should have kept on looking for other places. This is unacceptable."

"I really love living at Annapolis roads. My neighbors are all great, and friendly, never have to worry about packages getting stolen, etc. this is a very family friendly neighborhood. Maintenance issues are promptly resolved. I want to give a shout-out to the maintenance guy will, he’s always very professional and helpful. Mariah in the leasing office has also been amazing from day 1. Best apartment complex I’ve lived in Annapolis and I’ve lived in a few different ones over the years."
