"Submitted a application. Paid $150. Communicated with office every step of the process. Was told after application what was wrong and what paper work was actually needed. Staff unapologetic. Wants me to prove my guarantor makes over $140,000 a year just to rent $1950 apartments. No wonder their rating is so low and has so many open units."
"Very petty rental management company, they will tow the cars of their own residents. The tow yard is 2 blocks down the road and it is $400 to get out. Ive lived here a year and me and my roommate have both been towed. Absolutely unacceptable. Also the ammenities advertised rarely are working and apparently there is no budget for them to be fixed despite the million something dollars collected in rent each month. Also I wouldn't order any packages to your apartment here because they will probably get stolen. Be sure not to leave your car unlocked either."
"Rents are a little steep, overall we enjoy living here. The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful. Maintenance is terrific and gets requests completed in a timely manner."
"I recommend this place to any and everyone!!! Beautiful Staff, Beautiful location, beautiful neighbors and neighborhood, awesome maintenance, impeccable. I ran into some hard times, lost my position at work, lost my parents, just had my daughter, lost alot. Living here is the reason I didn't fall off the edge. I'm being evicted because of the hard times I fell on but I would never fault them for that. They are the absolute best staff I've ever encountered in my life and I just wish I didn't have to leave. Both Mary's, Ms. Florence (I consider her like my aunty) I just appreciate them all. If you are looking for a place to move, MOVE HERE"
"I was going to move here but after speaking to 2 current residents, I cannot. I've heard of this lady named Flourence stops at nothing to kick black people out when late on rent. This guy in building 612 lost his job, lost his kid, lost his mom and as soon as filed for assistance, they told him he still had to leave. Seems heartless. I was soooo ready to move here but I cannot. What If I lost my job? I'll pass"
