"I have called The Avant at Reston Town Center my home for the last 6 years. The location , amenities, 24 hour gym , pool , media room , 14th floor dog park , The Great Room and monthly resident activities ( wine tasting , Yoga , painting, BBQ's ) is as good as it gets. The entire staff goes beyond the call of duty. From the Conceirge, front office and maintenance team are all very pleasant , professional and always on top of everything. I would like to give Ms. Jenna Tesser ( Asst. Community Manager ) a special thank you and recognition on all that she does. From getting my renters assurance squared away to everything in between she has never let me down . She is a real Superstar. The attached picture is my view from my unit on the 7th floor."

"I highly recommend the Avant apartments. The apartments are very nice inside and the common areas are beautiful and well maintained, but what really set them apart from me after living there for several years is that the management was super friendly and amazingly responsive and efficient. Usually when we would report something wrong, someone would show up within hours. I looked at all the apartments around Reston town center. I really liked Harrison, especially because they have a Olympic sized lap pool, but it was a little too far away from town center. Cosmopolitan was a little dated, so I liked the style of the apartments and building better at the Avant. The building I liked next best was Signature, which were really nice, but they were quite a bit more expensive. Also, after talking with people who had lived at Signature it seemed that their management was not nearly as good as the Avant, so I feel like I definitely made the right choice. Living at the Avant was a great experience. It is right next to a lot of high quality restaurants within quick walking distance. Town center is a beautiful area for taking a walk and it is very close to the W&O trail for taking bike rides as well. It is only about 15 minutes from Dulles Airport and easy to get to the metro for trips into DC. Overall, Reston town center is a great place to live and the Avant is the best apartment building in town center."

"As a family visiting US every year (summer trip), we found this place just perfect. We've never been in the same place for two trips but this time we booked there for a month. People there and the staff are so kind and super friendly, the apartment it self is good. The third floor has most of the amenities and it just perfect for relaxing and reading. We booked through Bridgstreet so the apartment is furnished by them and its not bad, maybe it needs more work to do to make a little bet more luxurious. Reston Town Center is perfect for tourists, all the things you need you'll find it nearby (by walking). And it's just 12 min away from Dulles International Airport so it will be less stressful for people who is traveling for long flight (13 hours of us). And since we're heavy internet users, the internet speed was around 20mb. I'll post some pictures i took when i was there, you'll see how the luxury of facilities as whole and the amenities, but the apartment it self doesn't share the same level. And just remember we booked through Bridgstreet so Avant has nothing to do with that"
