"the property itself is nice. majority of the staff are excellent, friendly and welcoming. i’ve been here for 4 months now and i just feel like something is always going on with the building. elevators were broken in the east tower for a long time, the front door has been broken for about 3 weeks now, the package room glitches and we can’t always access, the intercom system to enter the building goes down frequently and now the latest is the hot water issue. i understand every complex has its issues, but the hot water should be fixed immediately and the front door to the building should also be locked and fixed immediately. we pay a lot for these apartments. other than those major issues, maintenance is great with repairs in the apartments. they handle them quickly and efficiently."

"Nice building. Poor maintenance. Staff is not friendly, nor responsive. Here a month. HVAC is totally whacked. Hot in the halls, cold in the apt. Thermostat rarely worked. Had portable AC & heaters brought to the unit as a management fix. Microwave went out - nobody ever came to fix it. Yes, it has EV chargers, but the spots are usually full of non-EV cars, and management sends memo's - but does little else. Keep looking. Too expensive for this poor response."
