"From the moment we arrived, we were treated with respect and kindness. The front desk associate, Jay, checked us in and was so kind. I mentioned that my daughter's birthday was that day and there was a card and balloons tastefully arranged on the bed upon our arrival to our room. This personalized attention is why we will return to the Ritz at Tyson's when we have the opportunity to do."
"My daughter and I stayed here for vacation. What I enjoyed most is that all staff are very friendly and hospitable. They were welcoming from the moment we checked in. Of course, the property is terrific but the people who work there make all the difference. Kudos to the management and staff for doing such a great job."
"Staff were very friendly! Location is great. It has an entrance to the galleria and half a mile from Tysons corner shopping. Room was nice other than it wasn’t clean. (Did talk to the front desk at checkout about it and they apologized). (Photos thankfully don’t show the unclean spots to give an idea of the room). Spacious and two bathrooms which was nice. Kids enjoyed their check in! Before you book check the pool times. We booked so they could use the pool unfortunately it’s adult swim only 1030 am -530 pm so we didn’t get to use the pool like we had planned."
"Came to stay a few nights during the holidays and had the best time. Really enjoyed our massages at the spa and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. I love that the galleria mall is attached and Tysons II is just across the street. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius of the hotel which we used for dinner one night. So convenient. I would definitely stay here again."
"This is one of my favorite Ritz Carlton properties. The location is a little bit weird, being in a luxury suburban mall, but if you are visiting northern Virginia and want to stay in absolute style, this is the way to go. The hotel is extraordinarily luxurious, there is excellent service, and it is connected to one of the most high-end shopping malls in the country. While you might assume that this is more of a business oriented hotel given the location in the heart of government contractor world, I’ve always seen a lot of families here (including ours) especially around the holidays when they decorate the property so well."
