"Very bad company I wouldn’t rent they are very discriminated against trans and LGBTQIA’s they are unprofessional they don’t take accountability for anything they do trust my word don’t rent from this company and mice every where they even ate through some on my shirts they don’t provide curtains like most rental companies do Eli doesn’t take accountability for what his property management and the things they do if u make a a complaint or they feel like u are being difficult about things like apartment with mice and rush jobs far as the renovation it’s a waste of money don’t believe rent from them u see exactly what I’m talking about please don’t waste your money everything is rushed and Mona the property manager has a lot drama and she likes to deny people of lease renewal once u move on they get as much money they can if things not done there way trust they won’t renew trust me I have no reason to lie door frame is rusty it’s a waste of time and money that’s just facts also they will also try to blackmail you the maintenance man broke my 400$ lamp I was only 2 month’s living there when he broke my lamp I called main office and was told the only way they would pay for lamp if I move mind you I was only 2 month into my lease don’t trust them they try to hide there unprofessional behavior I’m also in process of suing the company it’s just one big mess"

"I was supposed to have stayed with my cousin for a few nights due to unforeseen circumstances but I couldnt do it. I woke up at the wee hours of the morning to get pop or some water and ratouille was in the kitchen playing tag like they paid rent! When I mentioned it to my cousin he just brushed it off and said he would call the leasing office on monday. NOBODY should have to live like this! You can literally hear the mice in the walls and the ceilings! I was considering moving here since overall it seems like a quiet neighborhood but after spending a night with my cousin and talking to a few neighbors i will be looking elsewhere since the mice problem is out of control and they have thw audacity to have a NO PET policy! If you like living with Stuart Little then by all means move in. Honestly the health department needs to be called and all these buildings need to be condemned, demolished and started anew."

"Excellent service. Mendel and Ari in the office were very helpful in explaining the move in process. I noticed a small maintenance issue when I moved in and they had someone come out the next day to fix it. Highly recommend this managment company."

"At 1st everything was good, And then after 1year of living here I had roaches, Uncontrollably roaches. The staff was amazing & I will say this aside from the roaches I would have stayed because of the staff really cares about their tenants & will work with you. Mr. Marken the property manager is wonderful and very understanding,"
