"The unit is a nice size and affordable for a single home family however the maintenance is very poor I wouldn’t recommend these apartments we’ve been going without hot water for a week now without any corrections they just replace the water heater about 3 months ago so I am confused why I am having this situation the on site maintenance men response is that they cannot do anything it’s 4 other units having the same issue they do not fix repairs and if they do its rigged"

"I have been here since 2006, I have seen a lot of change in the office with managment. Plachette is a very good manager she helps me with all of my questions and concerns. Maintenance is great too AL and Kenny are always on top of any issue that I have. I would highly recommend moving here."

"I lived for a year. The apartment is okay and ghetto. Landlord and property management, lease office won’t tell me more details the letter what they wrote. They lied and playing games to tenants and won’t say anything one word. They kept saying selling the property or renovating which it not true. Also landlord is lazy, lousy, nasty attitude and not doing good his job ,don’t know take care of the property , didn’t call 311 fix it potholes parking space over a year. Don’t apply there."

"I loved living here, the office staff is so welcoming especially the Property Manager Plechette she is always so helpful and maintenance comes very fast and they are friendly and attentive. We had some hiccups with the old management but once the new management came in it has been a nice experience."

"I have been here since July 2020 & wish I would’ve made a better decision. Yes the place is very affordable but they just upped on my rent but still have poor service from maintenance and the rental office. The only time they do their job is when you threaten to go to corporate. Since I’ve lived here i had leaks which was told to me that could not be fixed. Once I went to put my rent in escrow they fixed it the very next day. That leak has been there for over a year and I’ve had mold growing around the house that has gotten my sick on numerous occasions. My son closet door fell off on him out of blue due to the apt just being thrown together to get a client. My front door will not stay shut or locked so if I forget to lock the top lock a gust of wind could blow my door right open. When they come to fix things it’s like having a gunshot wound and the doc put a band aid on it. I really hate this place. Im only here because it’s affordable for the time being !"
