"Word of advice to people that look into these apartments please don't move here their infested with mice maintenance is terrible the property manager has excuse for every problem it like everyday I came home from work it was problem with something i had baby roaches coming from under my tub it was just a terrible experience."

"09/13/2023 - I will update this once the lease is renewed or finished. EXCELLENT customer service from beginning to end from Kimberly. I moved from out of state and the transition couldn’t have been smoother. The complex is quiet and very nice which I love. Conveniently located to public transportation. There are doggy bags to pick up after your pet (garbages walking distance), neighbors are kind, and the apartment is a great size and very beautiful. I’m in my early 20’s and this is my third home. It is hands down the best with awesome management! It’s only been a couple of days but no complaints thus far."

"The townhouses here are roomy and good size . I love the fact of having a grassy play area outside of my front door so I could enjoy the weather while my child tosses around a football or fly a kite. Exterior maintenance is kept up to date by the bldg maintenance personnel."

"Updated (April 2022): I’ve lived here for a few years because previous management was amazing and the price is good for a 2bd townhome in my opinion. In 2021 management changed and the new management is mediocre at best. They have had multiple instances of lack of communication and consideration for their residents. In my opinion they are not as friendly or personable as previous management. The laundry rooms and dumpster areas were disgusting majority of the time after new management came but they have gotten a bit better in recent months (although the laundry room could really use some work, no one wants to clean their clothes in a dirty environment). Maintenance is average, no crazy complaints there. New management seems to be getting better slowly but surely. When they first came I gave them 1 star so there was no where to go but up and I’m glad to see they’ve improved a bit."

"The mice are terrible, they come to “patch” holes with my suggestion, after I told them numerous times about the mice, pest control came out and there are still mice, what took the cake is my 2year old daughter was playing with a dead mouse , had it in her hand and mouth.. Old management had better attitudes when asking for assistance. This new management act like that didn’t know what to expect dealing with residential issues, like it’s our fault!"
