Did not seem friendly , welcoming and did not give impression of what I would want to encounter as a resident.. note to mgmt just because there’s a waitlist , have your leasing team still provide information and be friendly"

"Wish management would put the fence back up to keep the bad kids contained in orchard ridge. They always come to the next neighborhood to steal and cause trouble. They don't seem to understand the concept of yards and how to stay of someone's property. Just Terrible kids and parents over there."

"I find it hard reaching someone or anyone in the office. The phone is always on record. Asking questions is out of the question. What happened to high level mangement, courteous and skillfull receptionists, as well as other things. People and places have no dignity or quest to advertise with consideration anymore. You get what you get...how sad!"

"Looks are deceiving!!!! The apartment building is terrible.I have been here for 2yrs and have been through 3 building managers and a few cooridinators. They haven't handled emergencies within 24hrs. Complaints have been disregarded. This place is not good for my mental health at all."
