Windsor Forest Apartments

"I moved to the Windsor Forest complex mid-Dec last year and from application to move-in the management team and staff here have been wonderful. I had some specific requirements, such as needing to adjust my move-in date, in which the team here was able to met. The homes here are spacious and the property grounds are kept clean. There are lots of deer that pass through the complex which makes for some nice outdoor scenery. Overall great place to start the new year."

"This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The area is nice and quiet. The deer casually stroll and graze. The air is clean and crisp. Alexia at the leasing office really did her thing. She had called me right after I made an inquiry online. When she spoke to me on the phone, I felt like I would be very taken care of. She told me she was going to show me one of her favorite apartments. I trusted her and believed her and I'm so glad I did! I had already made my mind up about living here after just our phone conversation! I had two other apartment yours booked after this one. I didnt even go to them. My apartment is nice. I have great neighbors.I am at peace. It's very toasty in here during the winter time. I'm very excited to experience this place in the summer months. I have a home. 10/10 would recommend."

"I moved into this apartment complex back in mid-November, and I am loving my experience so far! The move-in experience was incredibly smooth and expedient, which I needed since I had to move out of my old place quickly. The staff in the leasing office are caring and efficient, and stressed the importance of setting me up in a unit with all the amenities I wanted. I specifically want to mention Asia, as she showed me the utmost kindness and helped me with the entire move-in process, while making sure all the documentation was in order and that the process went as swiftly as possible. The apartment itself is rather sizeable for a one bedroom, and came with an updated bathroom and kitchen. I've also had no problems with pests and the like, so I am very happy with where I'm staying!"

"Windsor Forest has been a wonderful stay thus far. I have been a resident for the past 8 months and it has been an overall amazing experience. Candice and leasing office staff have been nothing but polite, helpful, knowledgeable, supportive and professional since moving to the community. The grounds are nicely kept on a consistent basis and the area is very clean. My family loves coming home to Windsor Forest and feel that moving here has been the best decision we’ve made all year! Truly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to call our new home!!!"

"I just ended my lease after living here for 2 terrible years. The apartments might as well be made of cardboard, the place was literally falling apart from the beginning. You can hear your neighbors clearly when they're not even being loud just talking at normal volume, and god forbid you get obnoxious neighbors that are loud all the time (which we did. And when we complained to management about them, the neighbors were aggressive toward us). Management never alerts tenants in a timely fashion when water is being turned off for repairs, which was frequently. And they never alerted us at all when they were doing loud construction right outside our bedroom windows at 8am in the morning for two weeks. They send out notices saying they'll be doing "preventative maintenance" and to lock up your pets or remove them from the premises, but the dates they give for said maintenance is an entire month. Who the heck is locking up their pets for an entire month in case maintenance comes by??? The icing on the cake is the neighborhood isn't safe at all, my one roommate was violently attacked by two men trying to steal his car in the parking lot of the complex and the other roommate had his car stolen from right in front of our apartment in the middle of the night. The only good thing I can say about this place is that every office and maintenance employee I encountered was very polite and helpful. But that is the only thing this place has going for them. STAY AWAY."
