The Village at Worman's Mill 55+ Apartments

"The villages is very nice place except for one thing. The elevator is a big problem and there is only one elevator. It stops working g more frequently than they can fix it and if you are on the second floor or the third floor good luck as there is no alternatives and at the mercy of the maintenance Company to call the company to fix it. Many times have to cancel Dr's Appt and alter shopping days. The elevator is an acheli 's heel indeed."

"We love Village Center & have been residents for 4 years now. The new Property Manger Jessie is awesome. The pricing is fair and Maintenance does a great job responding. My wife and I are 67 & 71 years old and a bit of clean freaks lol. The cleaning crew Village uses are awesome. They definitely go above and beyond + are always saying hello. It's the small things that matter."

We have had an excellent experience from the first time meeting Jessie, Community Manager, William and the maintenance staff. "I moved here 2 months ago and could not be happier with that decision. I was very apprehensive about leaving my previous home of 9 years (even though I’m now closer to my daughter), but the Leasing Agent Jessie Appadoo, was so warm, caring and understanding that she allayed all of my fears of moving to a new community. She genuinely cares about her residents and takes the time to see that our needs are met. The grounds and buildings are so well maintained— everything is mowed, trimmed, cleaned and kept in mint condition! I have met some very welcoming neighbors and I feel right at home here already. Great place!!"

"This is such an awesome place to live. Like - so awesome that you don't want to write a public review about it because you want to keep it to yourself so hoards of people do not read this and suddenly decide to come and check it out as well (sorry guys). So here's the thing - never in my life have I ever lived in a place that feels like a community as much as it does here. And it's not an intrusive type thing, it's more of a compassionate, collegial and caring community. There's a beautiful game room, wonderful library if you like to just sit and read and if you like to sit and do puzzles or watch Jeopardy every night - your peeps are here waiting for you. - Additionally, it's in a beautiful residential area that is nice if you like to walk or ride your bike. If you just like working out, there's a nicely designed exercise room for you here too. Need a place to live? Tired of the noise in DC, Bethesda or Rockville (or anywhere else in the country)? - come for a visit (and no, I don't work for them).
