"Really nice newly remodeled hotel 10 mins from downtown Frederick. Well appointed rooms, and a fantastic staff. They were very helpful in booking rooms next to each other for adults and kids, and super helpful with recommendations! Recommend if you're in town!"
"I have stayed at this location numerous times over the last 10 years but won’t be staying here again. Over the last year, I’ve stayed here 10+ times and each time there was a housekeeping issue aka the housekeeping staff not doing their job. At least 3 of my trips I’ve had used towels left hanging on the rod when I checked in. This last trip, I had a towel that didn’t even belong there (like someone’s personal towel they left.) ALWAYS hairs in the shower and sink. Several stays where the sconce by the bed was falling off the wall. The staff has always been super friendly at the front desk but not once has anyone offered to “make it right.” I would not recommend staying here if you care about having a clean room."
"Overall a standard Courtyard property. Marriott does not have good selection in Frederick, so this is as good as you'll get in the area. Staff was nice, though not fully certain how to handle elite member ammenities like F&B credit, but it worked out in the end. Hotel is very clean and refreshed, above average courtyard. Unfortunately pool was completely closed, which was a bummer. Front desk staff said it is closed for good and will not reopen. Location is 10 minutes away from the town center, so drivealbe. Nohing within walking distance though. Overall an ok option if you need Marriott in the area, but overprices for what is offered."
"We had a wedding block here two weekends ago and everything was wonderful!! Tammy (?) let us do our rehearsal walk in the hallway, and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only recently renovated hotel in the area. Great stay for all of our guests!"
"I booked a room as a getaway and when I checked in I was told the pool was closed. Fortunately they were able to have me go across the street which is fine but not ideal. I had paid for a breakfast for 1 but was not informed of any times for cut off. When I awoke this morning and went to get breakfast I was told that I would be unable to get it. Marriott refused to refund me the $22 that I paid for the breakfast I did not eat. I will not be staying at a Marriott and I will be informing all my friends and family to be careful when choosing Marriott"
